"Faith Alone in Christ Alone"

The Bible is the infallible Word of God. It is our final authority in all matters of doctrine, faith, and life.

God is eternal and exists in perfect unity as the Holy Trinity – He is God, the Father; God, the Son; and God, the Holy Spirit. He is the All-Powerful Creator and Sovereign Ruler of all that exists.

Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. In coming to earth, He was fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life and thereby was an acceptable sacrifice for the full payment of mankind’s sin. He now sits at God’s right hand in resurrection victory and is coming again for the Church and to Reign on the earth.

The Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity, convicts the world of the sin of rejecting Jesus Christ. He then regenerates, baptizes, indwells, and seals every person who believes in Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit is received in fullness at the moment of salvation and He afterward fills the Christian as we walk in fellowship with God.

Mankind, created in the image of God, lost perfect standing with God because of rebellion and became a helpless slave to sin, self, and Satan. Mankind is powerless to change this separation from God. Mankind’s destiny is either bodily resurrection and blessing in Christ, or bodily resurrection and judgment without Christ.

Salvation is by the work of Jesus Christ alone! On the cross of Calvary, God carried out the full penalty of sin upon His own Son. JESUS TOOK OUR PLACE! He was our substitute. The resurrection proves God’s satisfaction with what Jesus did. Salvation is a free gift to all who place their faith in Christ.

The Church is composed of all believers in Christ and is God’s chosen means for the spread of the Gospel and the care of His people. Every Christian should be part of a local Church for the purposes of instruction, worship, fellowship, and service. The church is to worship and faithfully serve Jesus, our Chief Shepherd, as we wait expectantly for His soon return.
