Each year, on Good Friday, Riverwood Bible Church gathers together for a special time to celebrate the finished work of Jesus Christ as He bore our sin on the Cross. It is a time of personal reflection and worship as we look to the One who took our place, bearing our sin and shame to pay for a debt that wasn’t His. The work of Christ is a finished work, a completed work that satisfied God the Father and brought redemption to all those who place their trust in Him. During the service, we will be celebrating the Lord’s Table also known as Communion. As a believer in Jesus Christ, please prepare your heart and mind as we partake together.
